The kick-off meeting will bear fruit in the form of two documents that will form the basis of the entire project going forward. These are a search behaviour analysis and a sitemap - a map of the pages on your site to help visitors and search engines discover content. Your SEO specialist develops the search behaviour analysis. It helps us understand the themes and intent behind the keywords. We look at how relevant they are to your business, the volume of searches and how competitive the keywords are. The sitemap is created based on the keywords. Once the sitemap is ready, an internal review is done with the team - then a client meeting is booked where we present the sitemap to you.

The next step is the design phase, where the UX designer plays a major role. UX stands for User Experience and refers to how users experience the site. It is about creating an intuitive and user-friendly design where the visitor has a positive experience. Our design reflects your goals for the site and what you want visitors to do. The designer produces a proposal where you see a number of pages in our design programme. The pages will be perceived as a working website with clickable buttons and other intended functions. Once the site is launched, you may need training on how to use it.
