About the service
As a Key Account Manager at seodr. you will be a key player in the team. Your role will be to be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our most important customers - with a focus on Western Sweden and Skåne. The role involves a lot of travel, both for physical and digital customer meetings and it requires you to have a technical competence where you need to be able to take dialogues to optimize the customers' digital growth. You will be based in our office at Vasaplatsen in central Gothenburg.
Your main tasks:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer portfolio
- Working towards set budget targets and increasing the value of the customer base
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with decision makers (CEOs and Marketing Managers)
- Document interactions with customers and ensure compliance with the project plan
- Analyse customer data and create insightful reports using tools like Google Analytics 4
We are looking for people who:
- Has solid experience in B2B sales
- Possess deep knowledge in SEO and digital marketing
- Used to data analysis, especially in Google Analytics 4
- Have analytical skills and are meticulous in your work
- Is skilled in project planning and documentation
- Has a driving licence and is prepared to travel for work
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English to a high level
